FAQ

  1. Why Aptos?

    • Quick, secure, transparent. On-Chain Randomness provides the perfect foundation for rapid and reliable on-chain gaming.

  2. Where to buy APT?

    • All major Centralized exchanges: Coinbase, Binance, KuCoin, Huobi (availability by region)

    • On Aptos DEXs: Tapp exchange, Panora Exchange

  3. Which wallets are compatible with Gamicard?

    • Aptos wallets, including:

      • Petra (https://petra.app/)

      • OKX Web3 Wallet (https://www.okx.com/download)

      • Nightly (https://nightly.app/)

  4. What are the benefits of playing Gamicard?

    • Sure-Win: every card yields something (APT payout and/or GA ticket and/or points).

    • Instant on-chain settlement: APT prizes auto-credit in the scratch transaction.

    • Jackpot + Monthly Grand Giveaway (GA) + Points: layered rewards and loyalty.

    • Provably fair & transparent economy: on-chain randomness, recomputable outcomes, documented fund splits & public pool dashboards.

    • Frictionless UX: Delegator Account lets you open many cards with one approval.

    • Dangerously quick, degenerate, and rewarding.

  5. What is the difference between the cards besides the price?

    • Tiers & price: Fortune (0.5 APT), Prosperity (1 APT), Abundance (5 APT).

    • GA ticket odds per card: Abundance 50%, Prosperity 10%, Fortune 5% (max 1 ticket per card).

    • Points per purchase: Abundance 180, Prosperity 35, Fortune 15.

    • Jackpot icon odds: higher on higher-priced cards (monotonic with price).

    • Reward pools: each tier has its own pool; target sizes 1,000 / 2,000 / 10,000 APT.

    • Prize scaling: APT prizes are a % of the tier’s reward pool (0.01% → 10%), so bigger pools can mean bigger absolute payouts, but odds remain the same

  6. Is there a limit to how many cards I can purchase and reveal in one go?

    • Users can Purchase and Reveal a batch of 100 Cards within 1 transaction

  7. How is fairness guaranteed in Gamicard Scratch Cards?

    • Process: (1) draw random seed on-chain → (2) deterministically map seed to grid/jackpot/ticket→ (3) persist proofs so anyone can recompute.

    • Outcome transparency: “provably fair” with off-chain recomputation using seed & block refs.

  8. What are the win rates for each prize tier?

    • Card APT prizes: auto-credited to your wallet within the scratch transaction.

    • Jackpot: single global pool; when a jackpot icon hits, payout comes from the pool by category (Diamond 80%, Gold 15%, Silver 5%).

    • Grand Giveaway: monthly on a published block/time using on-chain randomness; winners announced on-chain/UI; claim window applies; unclaimed prizes are re-drawn.

    • Referral earnings: accrue in APT; claim anytime (≥ 0.1 APT).

  9. How are Prizes/Raffles/Jackpots/Winnings paid out?

    • Card APT prizes: auto-credited to your wallet within the scratch transaction.

    • Jackpot: single global pool; when a jackpot icon hits, payout comes from the pool by category (Diamond 80%, Gold 15%, Silver 5%).

    • Grand Giveaway: monthly on a published block/time using on-chain randomness; winners announced on-chain/UI; claim window applies; unclaimed prizes are re-drawn.

    • Referral earnings: accrue in APT; claim anytime (≥ 0.1 APT).

  10. I have enough APT for the cheapest card, why does it say “insufficient funds”?

    Likely reasons:

    • First-time Delegator Account deposit: on your first scratch you must instantiate the Delegator Account with 1 APT (escrowed, withdrawable later). If you only have ~0.5 APT, you can’t cover this.

    • Gas: you need a small extra amount for gas on Aptos. (The Delegator Account then pays gas for future scratches.)

  11. What is the additional deposit for mechanic?

    • On the first scratch, the player instantiates the Delegator Account with 1 APT.

    • This 1 APT is escrowed under the player’s profile. remaining funds is fully withdrawable anytime from Profile → Delegator Account → Withdraw.

      • 1 APT would be able to cover fees of scratching more than 1,000 cards.
